The Self Reliance course, “Finding Strength in the Lord” will be held Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm, starting Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at the Greenfield Bldg. There is a significant need for Senior Missionaries to serve locally and around the world.  Therefore, under the direction of Elder Michael A. Dunn, of the NASW Area Presidency, there will be a Senior Missionary Devotional to be held on Sunday, October 30th at 6:00 p.m. at the Tempe Institute of Religion on the ASU Campus.  All member of your stake, age 40 and older, are invited and encouraged to attend.  Elder Dunn and Elder Steven D. Shumway, of the Seventy, will be speaking.

On Sunday, October 9^th,  there will be a “Why I Believe Fireside” hosted by the Arizona Mesa Mission and the Kimball Stake Center. There, recent converts will share their testimonies of Jesus Christ with light refreshments served afterwards. We invite you to come and bring your friends who may want to learn more about the gospel. The fireside begins at 7:00 PM and will be held at the Glenview Ward Building at 920 South Lindsay Road in Mesa.  If you have questions, reach out to the ward missionaries!

We invite you to join us at the Mesa Arizona Temple Visitors’ Center this coming Monday evening September 26th, anytime from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. This is a come and go activity.  So come and join us for whatever time you can. There will be Pizza. 

The new visitors center has activities for the whole family, children, youth and adults. 

There is no structured program for the evening so come discover and explore with any of the following interactive activities:

The Edgewood Ward is starting an Emotional Resilience class this week on Thursday Sep 15th.

All are welcome to attend.

The class will take place on Thursday evenings at 6:30 PM.
