Stake Mission Prep Kickoff is coming up Sunday, August 6th from 4-5 pm in the Cultural Hall. Whether you’re planning to serve a mission or not, this Christ-Centered, testimony strengthening class will benefit you with basic life skill lessons and more as you transition into adulthood!

Our stake is holding a Bottle Water Drive for the month of May! Please refer to the flyer for details!

Our Ward Campout will be April 28th and April 29th. Breakfast will be provided Saturday Morning.

Where: Larson Campground at Forest Lakes

How to get there: Take Beeline Highway to Payson. Turn Right onto US260. Once on US260, travel approximately 40 miles. Turn Left onto Forest Road #237. Larson Campground will be straight ahead.

Just a “heads up”, Gilbert Road is closed at the Salt River.

We’re pleased to invite you all to the Kimball East Stake Primary mother/son activity on April 15, 5-7 pm for senior primary boys (ages 7-11) and their mothers. This is a chance to get into your son’s world and celebrate the fun and adventure of childhood.

Plan matching outfits–we will have a look-alike contest. But wear comfortable clothes. You will be eating, playing, and creating.  It will be an active evening!

We are so excited for this opportunity to enjoy our little guys in this fun stage of life!

Our beloved Terry has passed. Terry was a wonderful husband, father, brother, and friend who touched the lives of those around him. He was generous with his time, talents, and his love.

The Funeral will be this Thursday, February 23rd at the Kimball East Stake Center 1 pm. The viewing will be at Bunker Family Garden Chapel 33 N. Centennial Way Mesa, AZ 85201 from 6-8pm. The Luncheon will be around 2:30pm and 55 people are expected.

* If you are attending the funeral, you can bring the food early when you come to the funeral. Otherwise…PLEASE bring the item/s you signed up for to the church by 2pm on Thursday, February 23rd. Thank you for your service! We greatly appreciate it!

Mesa Arizona Kimball East Stake

Beloved Sisters and Brothers of the Kimball East Stake,

Thank you for your faith, prayers, and dedicated service.  You are amazing.  We look forward to being spiritually nourished together at our upcoming stake conference (dates & times below).

Elder Steven D. Shumway, an Area Seventy, will be with us and preside at this conference.  We invite you to prepare to receive personal revelation, individually in your homes, and together at stake conference.  

Will you exercise your faith in joining together in fasting and prayer for an outpouring of the spirit, in your life and the lives of those within our stake?  Please take the opportunity to be in the temple often.  The Mesa Temple will be closing February 28 – March 11, but we are blessed to have other temples nearby.
