Come join us on Saturday, March 29^th for our Temple & Family History social, starting at 6pm at the home of Sena & Larry Hall, 1039 S Maple St.  All who attended the temple, visited the temple grounds, visited the Visitor’s Center, or worked on their family history in the month of March are invited to join us for some light refreshments.

We are excited to announce an upcoming Elders Quorum activity! Join us for a “Classic Car Camp Fire” on Saturday, March 22nd from 6 to 8 pm.

The event will be held on the connected driveways of Matt Payne and Larry Hall, at 1027 S Maple Street.

We will have a collection of old classic cars belonging to our own ward member, along with a bonfire and S’mores.

Please bring your sweetheart along, and don’t forget lawn chairs to relax on.

All Relief Society sisters are invited to join us at the Edgewood Ward Galentine activity!

List of opportunities for individuals, families, the ward family to serve ourselves others and others. 

Pick one or two which best fits your situation.  The ward may pick one or more for all to join in.

Sept 8th – 13th 9/11 National time of service: e.g. Send a letter and a box of treats so someone in the military.  (more details forthcoming)

Sept 8th – 13th Mesa Love Your City service; City has adopted Just Serve as its Love your city outreach.  e.g. clean headstones in a cemetery; remove weeds in a school ground; visit and read stories to the elderly in an elderly home.  Hold their hands and tell them how much you love them. More details to follow.

Oct 18th    Stake Blood Drive 8am – 1pm   Stake Center; need at least 60 to volunteer to share life giving blood.

Nov 8th at 9am  Prayer Walk for our community, state and nation and a food collection for any in want. More details to follow.

Nov 22nd – 29th   Gift and money donations to JaKelle’s Christmas Box for those in want during Christmas

Nov 22nd – 29th   Turkey and money donations to St Vincent de Paul for those in want during Thanksgiving and Christmas

Kimball East Stake Come, Follow Me/Doctrine and Covenants Religion Class – Tuesday mornings from 9:30 until 10:30 @ the 48th Street building, Relief Society Room.
